XTAR is so honored to sponsor the Shenzhen Rescue Volunteers Federation with our professional diving flashlights, including the XTAR D26 1600S and D26 1100. These solid dive lights will support the team in their daily underwater training as well as real-life rescue operations.

About the Shenzhen Rescue Volunteers Federation (SRVF)
The Shenzhen Public Welfare Rescue Team (SRVF), formerly known as the Shenzhen Mountain Rescue Team, was founded in 2008 by the Shenzhen Mountaineering Association following the Wenchuan Earthquake. From its inception, SRVF has operated entirely as a volunteer-based emergency response unit, positioned as an auxiliary and reserve force to the government emergency system. The organization relies fully on self-funded operational expenses and has grown into one of the most respected civil rescue groups in the region.
Over the past decade, SRVF has actively participated in domestic and international disaster relief missions, providing critical support in earthquake response, flood rescues, missing person searches, maritime incidents, and underwater evidence recovery. The team continues to strengthen its professional capabilities through rigorous training, international exchanges, and joint rescue drills, while also contributing to the development of emergency response industry standards.
Mission-Driven Volunteers Serving the Community
SRVF’s mission is rooted in saving lives, reducing harm, and serving society. Its volunteer members come from diverse professional backgrounds, including certified divers, medical personnel, outdoor specialists, and technical experts. Their rescue tasks—particularly underwater operations—require exceptional endurance, specialized skills, and highly reliable equipment. The team’s dedication, professionalism, and rapid mobilization capability make them an indispensable asset to local authorities during emergency situations.
XTAR’s Contribution: Lighting the Way for Safer, More Effective Rescues
XTAR is committed to supporting public safety and social welfare. To support SRVF’s underwater missions, XTAR has provided the D26 1600S and D26 1100 diving flashlights. Both models are designed with powerful output, long-distance beam penetration. They are very suitable for routine training, navigation, and long-range underwater search tasks.

A Partnership Built on Shared Values
“XTAR is honored to support SRVF’s lifesaving work,” said XTAR Boss David. “Rescue volunteers put themselves on the front lines to protect their communities, often in extremely challenging environments. By providing professional-grade lighting equipment, we hope to enhance their operational safety and effectiveness.”XTAR will continue to explore opportunities to assist emergency responders, volunteer organizations, and environmental protection groups. We are honored to support the SRVF and look forward to contributing to more life-saving missions in the future.
